Hollywood's Premier Showcase of Disabled Creative Talent

Viz-Ability is a résumé-forward gallery and networking experience connecting mid-to-senior level disabled storytellers in film, television, and animation with influential industry decision-makers.

Disabled storytellers are the most overlooked group in the industry and Viz-Ability frames their work through a gallery format, putting their work as the main focus without taking away the fact they just happen to be disabled Visionaries.

Our Story

Who We Are

Founded by Caledonia Hanson, Viz-Ability is a volunteer-led initiative dedicated to making the future of Hollywood accessible to everyone.

Built on the belief that opportunities should never be limited by perceived limitations, financial barriers, or lack of access, Viz-Ability uplifts mid-to-senior level filmmakers, animators, and storytellers by showcasing their work through visual representations of their resumes — allowing the work to speak for itself so that there's no excuse not to be hired by those invested in what an individual can bring to the table.

Through advocacy, collaboration, and accessible programming, Viz-Ability is helping shape a more inclusive entertainment industry for the next generation of Visionaries.
